Meet Dr. Robert Rutner
- Education: Dr. Robert Rutner earned his degree in Biochemistry with honors from UC Davis and graduated Cum Laude from Georgetown University School of Dentistry.
- Career: As the CEO of Serra Park Dental Group and a pioneer in dental marketing, Dr. Robert Rutner was also the founder of 1-800-DENTIST. He has been an active board member or consultant assisting several of the companies to go public or be sold (Puma, Invisalign, Pete’s Wicked Ale, Alien Golf, Beyond Dental). He has lectured internationally in restorative, implantology, orthodontics and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Rutner was President of Invisalign, Asia and Australia, from inception where he trained and certified doctors in the US, Asia and Australia.
- Achievements: He funded Schick Technology, has been a speaker for Dentsply, and serves as the Dean of Education at FADE RDAEF2 program. He is also a Diplomat of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
- Personal Interests: Dr. Rutner enjoys spending time with his kids and grandson. He is also very handy and loves working on carpentry projects, including creating river tables and smoking meats.

- Education: Dr. Rutner graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Southern California and earned his DDS from Columbia University.
- Leadership: He served as class president during his dental school years, exemplifying his natural leadership and dedication.
- Approach: Dr. Rutner is renowned for his patient-focused approach and his adept use of cutting-edge dental technology to provide the best care possible.
- Community Involvement: Dr. Tom enjoys being an active member of the South Lake Tahoe community, and is always happy to sponsor local events.
- Personal Life: Outside the office, he enjoys golfing, supporting local sports teams, and spending quality time with his family and their golden retriever.
